Amy LaGrant, Co-Founder
Amy is a leading gerontology professional with over 15 years of experience marketing to baby boomers, seniors and family caregivers. Amy has held leadership roles in some of the industry's leading advertising agencies. Most recently, Amy was SVP, Brand Strategy for Bluespire Senior Living formerly Martino & Binzer.
Prior to Bluespire, Amy led all marketing efforts for Virtual Health, a telehealth and family caregiver integration company. Before that Amy led strategy at multiple mature marketing and consulting agencies such as Continuum Crew, JWT Boom and Age Wave where she helped drive the overall business approach, marketing plans and executions for clients such as Del Monte Foods, ACTS Retirement Communities, PositScience, AARP and Stewart Enterprises.
Prior to her advertising agency days, Amy worked for AARP in Legislative Affairs and Marriott Senior Living, in Sales and Marketing.
She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Gerontology (Study of Aging), is a Certified Gerontologist, a licensed RFCE administrator and is in the final stages of completing her Masters in Social Anthropology. She serves on multiple committees for organizations such as LeadingAge, ASA and GSA.
Matt Brown, Co-Founder
Matt is an accomplished agency leader, having spent the past two decades successfully building and launching dozens of healthcare brands for clients such as Johnson & Johnson, Merck, Zoetis and GlaxoSmithKline. In addition to creating great brands for clients, Matt has spent the past 10 years building some of the industry's leading agencies. Most recently as CEO, Matt successfully created Guidemark Health by combining 5 independent, declining agencies.
Before joining Guidemark Health, Matt served as general manager of ICC Lowe. In addition to guiding the organizations transformation, Matt oversaw client relationships, new business activities, and worked closely with clients on the marketing of their products. Prior to ICC Lowe, Matt served as president of Ignite Health. During his tenure, the agency was nominated for Agency of the Year in recognition of significant growth and expansion. Matt served as senior vice president/managing director for GSW Worldwide prior to joining Ignite Health. During his 10 years at GSW, he held several positions with responsibility for leading account services, new business, staff development, as well as innovative business models and communications solutions for clients.
Matt is a graduate of The Ohio State University and served in the Army National Guard for 6 years before starting his professional career. Matt lives in Long Valley, New Jersey with his wife and 3 children.
